White, 1.13% African American, 0.26% Native American, 1.67% Asian, 0.04%
Pacific Islander, 0.55% from other races, and 2.28% from two or more races.

There are 5,364 households out of which 27.2% have children under the age of
18 living with them, 37.8% are married couples living together, 12.8% have a
woman whose husband does not live with her, and 46.3% are non-families.

living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is
2.15 and the average family size is 2.84.
