of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

18 living with them, 48.1% are married couples living together, 6.5% have
a female householder with no husband present, and 43.0% are non-families.

living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size
is 2.16 and the average family size is 2.78.
