2000 census, the borough had a total population of 3,567.
Geography
Spring Lake is located at 40°9'10" North, 74°1'37" West (40.152861,
-74.026961).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area
of 4.4 km˛ (1.7 mi˛). 3.4 km˛ (1.3 mi˛) of it is land and 1.0 km˛ (0.4 mi˛)
of it is water. The total area is 23.39% water.
