CAMDEN, MAINE - USA
Camden is a small village on the mid-coast of Maine. Ethernet inventor Bob
Metcalfe has a house in nearby Lincolnville and John Sculley is also a
resident. Each fall, a well-known technology conference called Pop!Tech is
hosted there.
Camden also has a very nice library rebuilt
in a recent years. Camden is the home town of poet Edna St. Vincent Millay,
and a large, but now obscurely relocated statue of her looks out over the
harbor.
From 1991 to 1994, the Center for Creative Imaging offered courses in
digital imaging.
