Airports
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) - One of the world's busiest
airports, the Pearson Airport, located in neighbouring Mississauga, is owned
and operated by the Greater Toronto Airport Authority. The airport is currently undergoing a $4.4 billion (CDN) renovation and
expansion project.
Toronto City Centre Airport - A regional airport located on the Toronto
Islands.
Buttonville Airport - A general aviation airport in neighbouring Markham.
Other
The Breeze ferry service across Lake Ontario linking Toronto to Rochester,
New York launched on June 17, 2004 but is currently suspended.
On north-south streets, street numbers increase as you move away from Lake
Ontario, with even numbers being on the west side. On east-west streets,
they increase as you move away from Yonge Street, with even numbers on the
